Silenced No More: The Shocking True Story of Surviving Epstein’s Island and Years of Abuse is Sarah Ransome's autobiography of what she went through with Epstein and Maxwell. I bought it the other day and just started into it. But if you're interested in Virginia Giuffre's book, you might want this one as well. IT's $1.99. She mentions Trump. From what I've read about Giuffre's book, she says she doesn't know about any sexual crimes he committed, and Ransome doesn't either. She also doesn't accuse Bill Clinton, though she says Trump and Clinton both dined with the person who abused her.
