Soon the governorship will be as well. With redistricting we can get Blue House seats back.

VA is definitely headed for Blue status. So MAGA has to gerrymander other states to make up for the loss.

6. I heard

that Youngkin had called an emergency session March '24 and never reversed it, so the Democratic politicians are looking into reactivating that and doing a redistricting map. They will have to approve it quickly in this session and then again in spring in the next session, and then the public will have to vote on it. The new map could add a couple of Democratic districts. But it could be ready for the presidential election.
