"Rules in a knife fight???!"

?si=c1Br9Mgd59TR_wvz

I’m with Paul Newman‘s character here. It is time we stopped playing by the rules and started kicking them in the balls.

First, you get all those Epstein victims together and tell them that it is time for them to reveal who’s on that list. They most certainly know who’s on the list and so we don’t really have to wait for these assholes in Congress to parse their language and have procedural votes in order todecide who is going to get nailed and when. In addition, I am certain that each of them has told their friends and family over the years who assaulted them as minor children, and there are plenty of people out there who would be happy to talk.

Second, those who work for Orangina do not have immunity, either civil or criminal. Start filing lawsuits: hundreds or thousands of them against these people, demanding depositions and records of all types. Be creative, come up with shit the way the RWers come up with shit, twist reality, and the facts to suit our needs. It’s easy, even the moron Republicans have been doing it to the Democrats for years. It’s in their playbook. Now it is our turn.

Third, organize boycotts and publicize them by mentioning them over and over and over and over again. Pick your product, pick your company which has associated with this administration and spread it like wildfire. It’s actually easy to do, look what happened to the pillow guy. He’s broke now and that’s because he lost a ton of his business when he made his insane political beliefs known. He was constantly on the news and any Democrat with his or her salt would be goddamned if they would buy from him. Believe me, if some of these firms lost 10 to 15% of their business nearly overnight, they would be in big trouble. The only way this will work, however is if it is relentlessly mentioned by anyone and everyone who is in front of a microphone. “ Just do it.”

Fourth, did you see how many people turned out to demonstrate? Believe me there were equal or maybe even 10 times as many people at home who wanted to be there but for whatever reason don’t do those things. They would, however, be interested in a populous movement which involved passive resistance, such as 7 to 15 million people calling into work sick on a given day. And you don’t do a casually, you publicize it the way the first Earth Day was publicized. Thousands of schools in America took the day to educate the children about ecology, subject, which was virtually unheard of the day before. but these assholes know how critical the “libs“ are and maybe we’ll figure out who owns whom.

Of course, you’ll have all these naysayers who say that none of these things can be done, that it would be Antithetical to the American spirit, and any other lazy excuse that can be found to negate this. Guess what… Right wingers never feel that way, they feel they can do anything they want and mobilize any number of people they want whether it is to attack the Capitol building or to refuse to buy the albums of the Dixie Chicks. Their ability to mobilize knows no bounds while we sit around on our hands, shaking our heads and decrying people’s ignorance and rending our garments. That ain’t gonna work… Not this time. You are gonna have to shit or get off the pot. It is entirely up to the thinking people of this country, the moral people of this country, the ethical people this country to fucking do something. You want to save the frigging country? Then do it. Do you think it’s going to happen by itself? It ain’t.

What the Founders would have done facing the situation we find ourselves in cannot even be posted -for multiple reasons. (I agree with most of those reasons, too.) But surely there is plenty of room between the rules and the Founders' within which we may operate.

McDonalds is inextricably linked to Trump.

Their fault, his fault, I don't care.

They haven't distanced themselves from him.

His stink is all over the Golden Arches.

Once in a blue moon, I would stop there to pick something up, but since he started serving it at the White House and admitting to eating it 2 to 3 meals a day, I have completely stopped, and it wasn’t conscious.
