'Huge Crisis': Critics Sound The Alarm As Steve Bannon Teases Trump 2028 Plan

Oct 24, 2025

Podcaster Steve Bannon said he has a plan that would allow President Donald Trump to serve another term in office ― and critics are warning Americans to take that threat very seriously.

“He’s gonna get a third term,” Bannon said in an interview with The Economist published Thursday. “Trump is gonna be president in ’28, and people just ought to get accommodated with that.”

He didn’t offer specifics on how that would be accomplished, given that the Constitution explicitly rules that out for Trump.

“There’s many different alternatives,” Bannon said. “At the appropriate time, we’ll lay out what the plan is, but there’s a plan.”

Comment: I believe that the GOP will nominate him. He will win the vote according to the SOS of the states. The Democrats will sue. The Supremes will say Hey, he won the vote and is not black or a Connecticut Yankee..

which is progressive, albeit not necessarily a fast track. But he's already symptomatic (including his gait and balance issues- which are complicated by his poor lower limb circulation, but that is two separate problems). In fact, I think he is getting some regular experimental infusion treatments to slow the progression-which explains the bruising to his hands.

We shall see. I've seen prior neuro-diagnosed ER patients come in very similar to Trump's presentation. And at the stage I observed them and their history of disease progression, despite some seeming improvement early in the day (sundowner syndrome), none of them would have been able to be more than a "Breakfast at Bernie's" figure three years later in 2028. Obviously, there will be an incredible continuing effort to mask his intense deterioration. And some of the infusion treatments under study do show some success in slowing progress or at least allowing for temporary improvements, so... Obviously, he will be offered the most promising options--something the average person likely will not.

SCOTUS may be corrupt, but if they rule that 2=3, they relinquish their power forever.

SCOTUS is not loyal to Trump the man, they are loyal to their ideology- Trump is merely a means to an end, and will be discarded at the end of this term.

These are the facts that will unfold:

Trump will not be on any state’s ballot, primary or general, in 2028.

He will not be the Republican nominee in 2028.

A new president and VP, neither named Trump, will be inaugurated on 1/20/29.

The only reason the above facts won’t occur would be in the event of a military coup, which would require thousands of service members to commit acts of treason.

If I’m wrong, and Trump stays in office past the end of this term, feel free to create an “I told you so” thread.

In the meantime, consider how your defeatism distracts from resisting and fighting actual atrocities occuring daily across the nation.

Big thread on this over on X. This has got to be driving Trump crazy. It could affect his health. Narcissistics hate not being loved. MAHA people siding with group 2.

Group one (people on X thread keep adding to both)

TEAM 1:
Lindsey graham
Ted Cruz
Laura loomer is
Emily Austin
Huckabee
Officer Tatum
Xavier
(Fill in others)

TEAM 2:
Candace Owens
Tucker Carlson
Thomas Massie
MTG
Ian Carroll
Dave Smith
Harrison Smith
(Fill in others)

Added -

Team 1:
JD Vance
Alex Karp
Peter Thiel
Mark Levin

Team 2:
Rand Paul
Matt Gaetz
Stew Peters

And it goes on & on - with almost a thousand tweeters adding to both lists. They put Trump in list one and 95% of Republicans replying say they prefer Group 2.

While the Republican Party splits- good time for Dems to unify.

If Trump is losing half of the Republicans - and the Republicans are all attacking each other, I doubt if even Republicans would want Trump to have another term.
