It's a temple to money laundering.

Just like the "Rose Garden Club". He is turning the White House into Mara Lago..so he doesn't have to eat diner ALONE in the White House.
He can go out onto the Parking Lot in the back yard, and be applauded by asshats that want to give him money for favors.
