Top Trump goon Tulsi Gabbard has quietly assembled a secretive network of officials tasked with enforcing the presidents demand for MAGA retribution.
The team, formally called the Interagency Weaponization Working Group, has been meeting at the director of national intelligences behest since at least April and now includes dozens of officials from across the U.S. intelligence and law enforcement community, according to records reviewed by Reuters.
Participants have come from the White House, the CIA, FBI, Justice Department, Defense Department, Homeland Security, the IRS, and the Federal Communications Commission. According to Reuters, their task is to help steer President Donald Trumps drive for retribution against his perceived enemies.
News of the groups activities comes after the Trump Justice Department indicted former FBI chief James Comey and goes after other opponents of the president, like New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Dutch spy chiefs cite concerns about Trump administrations politicisation of services
The Netherlands has curtailed intelligence co-operation with the US over fears the Trump administration could use it to violate human rights or assist Russia. The heads of civilian and military intelligence said in a joint interview with Dutch newspaper de Volkskrant that they had become more cautious in what they share given the politicisation of our intelligence.
It is the frankest admission by a foreign spy agency about the consequences of US President Donald Trumps interference in intelligence matters. Erik Akerboom, director-general of the AIVD domestic intelligence service, and Peter Reesink, director of the MIVD military intelligence agency, said in the interview published over the weekend that they regretted Trump had fired National Security Agency chief Timothy Haugh in April.
I cant comment on how that relationship is now compared to before. But its true that we make that decision and sometimes dont share things anymore, Reesink said.
They indicated the sharing restrictions applied to intelligence about Russia. Trumps stance on his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin has shifted several times this year most recently on Friday when the US leader pressured Ukraines Volodymyr Zelenskyy to agree to Moscows terms on how to end the war.

(105,052 posts)and comes from a Reuters article:
A group of dozens of officials from across the U.S. government, including intelligence officers, has been helping to steer U.S. President Donald Trump's drive for retribution against his perceived enemies, according to government records and a source familiar with the effort.
The Interagency Weaponization Working Group, which has been meeting since at least May, has drawn officials from the White House, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the CIA and the Justice and Defence departments, the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, the IRS and the Federal Communications Commission, among other agencies, two of the documents show.
...
Shortly after Reuters asked the agencies for comment on Monday, Fox News reported the existence of the group, citing Gabbard as saying she "stood up this working group."
Several U.S. officials confirmed the existence of the Interagency Weaponization Working Group to Reuters in response to the questions and said the group's purpose was to carry out Trumps executive order.

(6,855 posts)But if I kept that thought on my mind, I'd not only likely not get ANY work done, but I'd also be ready for the white coat guys. Gotta keep a small piece of hope alive in my heart, even though I readily admit it's a small part, and likely to meet all kinds of uphill pushback. I just don't want to hear ONE "move forward" type comment from ANY Democrat when and if it comes to pass!!!!

The only question will be, are they guilty of espionage? I would say yes.

Fishermen now = narcoterrorists.
President Gustavo Petro of Colombia is not amused.
Gabbard's been carrying the torch for her beloved Putin and all things Russia for so long. Now she needs to compete with the other Administration crazies for a minute of attention.
Being a traitor to the American Republic and her people is hard work requiring every ounce of creativity and unquestioned zeal. All for the spotlight to turn in her direction. The competition is fierce but Gabbard is a dedicated cult member. In the frenzy of shit-stirring and lawlessness, she can almost forget Hillary Clinton calling her out as being groomed by the Russians and considered a Russian favorite along with Donnie, of course.
Two assets in a rotting pod.
Gabbard might momentarily forget those revealing days when she ran on a Democratic ticket.
But we won't forget.
Ever.
