So SCOTUS 'pardons' her and trump had nothing to do with it?

Last edited Mon Jul 28, 2025, 01:11 PM - Edit history (1)

🚨 NEW: Ghislaine Maxwell files a reply brief to SCOTUS to toss her conviction, saying the U.S. violated its own immunity deal when it prosecuted her.

Personal bias aside, this seems like good legal work. If there is no evidence of a crime or whatever Bondi is saying, then rationally, there should be no co-conspirators and no accomplices (and it would be borderline malpractice for her attorneys to not argue such).

It's just such a shame that Epstein was so depressed that he committed suicide. He must have known that he was going to be released due to lack of evidence of a crime and zero record-keeping on his part. I wonder if he could have been saved if only someone sent him a Reddit Cares message. But on the bright side, we can finally move on from Epstein who was the center of a campaign promise well over 6 months ago and focus on that criminal Barack HUSSEIN who was president just 9 years ago.

If this was at all possible why didn’t she try it before?

She tried it before the Federal case she was convicted in. It was laughed out of court. If this SCOTUS were not corrupt lapdogs for IQ47 I'd expect they'd do the same. As it stands, however, not so sure.

Now that this shit is finally hitting the fan he is cleaning it up as fast as his tiny hands are able.

That's my perception of things anyway.

Happy Monday by the way!

He’s trying to get around pardoning her but even this reaks and it goes back to him. He may be in such a bubble that no one can tell him how bad this looks.

His basis for reality is Fox News and Stephen Miller.

His insular shit bubble would be a horrible place to live within.

I'm shuddering with revulsion at the very thought of it.

May he suffer greatly until Darwin serves us well.

And there is not one damn thing can happen to this out of control corrupt court. But protect the fetus at all cost. These mutherfuckers would support Any GQP raping a fetus.
But they keep their bibles in view at all times.
When child rapers proudly wear the American Flag on their lapels, it speaks directly what this country has become.
But let’s outlaw and LGBTQ flags that can damage children.

It can review the case and find the conviction wrongful, for a number of reasons.

Roberts is not going to drag the court into the Epstein quagmire, no matter how much Trump wants him to, and even if the SC does get involved, it would only be to remand the case back to the original court to be retried, which Trump most assuredly does NOT want, as it will only draw even MORE public scrutiny to his connections to Epstein.

Keep in mind the real danger to Trump here. The pedophilia is a side show, not because it is not a serious crime in its own right (it is), but because a deeper examination of the facts will increasingly show that Trump was part of the blackmail scheme in the first place, and he benefited directly from that blackmail both for financial gain and for controlling political opponents. Was he the brains behind the operation? No, probably not - that was likely either Epstein or Maxwell (or someone else in their orbit, possibly Russian).

That's one reason I think Trump will either resign for health reasons or will have a sudden health crisis in the next six months. He's no longer really needed - the Heritage Foundation has its dream list, the Tech Bros are dealing with the Tariff fallouts and other chaos coming from the White House, he's arguing publicly with Rupert Murdoch and made an enemy of Elon Musk, and all of a suddentTrump is getting very wary of Boy Wonder JD Vance. This is not a man at the top of his (golf) game, which he is also finding increasingly difficult to play.

I see this court doing exactly what they are told to do. TSF will not have to answer to anything. (AGAIN he'll get away with it)

The final rehearing in the lower court was in November. After the lower court appeals have ended, the losing party can file to have the Supreme Court hear it (petition for a writ of certiorari - roughly the same as an appeal). She didn't timely file it, but asked for and received an extension. A bunch of other stuff happened, including the US asking for and receiving an extension to reply. What was just filed was her response to the US reply.

The Supreme Court doesn't have to grant certiorari (it doesn't have to hear her case), but the stuff filed so far is routine.
