“President Vladimir Putin’s conditions for ending the war in Ukraine include a demand that Western leaders pledge in writing to stop enlarging NATO eastwards,” Reuters reports.

“Russia also wants Ukraine to be neutral, some Western sanctions lifted, a resolution of the issue of frozen Russian sovereign assets in the West, and protection for Russian speakers in Ukraine.”

10. Why isn't Europe supplying Ukraine with anti tank missiles,

.... air to air missiles, Patriot type missiles to shoot down incoming Russian missiles/drones ? France, Great Britain, and Germany have adequate arsenals to keep Ukraine going against this new recent Russian bombardment.

Once the ground thaws and the mud clears Russia is going to pound Ukraine into the dark ages. Ukraine won't survive without some major outside support - who is willing to provide adequate ammunition and weapons to hold the line - then become offensive if Russia will not stop and finally go home.

They must be dragged to the negotiating table kicking and screaming then pay for their costly aggressive and damaging behavior.
