This weekend my husband and I went into Manhattan (the "city", as we used to call it growing up in Brooklyn) to see Operation Mincemeat on Broadway.
We had to pass through Times Square on foot and we noticed there were substantially fewer people on the streets. I asked a guy operating one of those pedal carts that ferry tourists around if there were fewer patrons and he said yes, it's been bad.
