Israeli strike kills 20 people in Gaza school
At least 20 people have been killed and dozens wounded in an Israeli strike on a school housing displaced people in Gaza, as Israel steps up its military campaign in the enclave.
Local local health authorities told Reuters about the attack early on Monday, with medics saying there are dozens of casualties in the strike on the school, at Daraj neighbourhood in Gaza City, including women and children.
Some of the bodies were badly burned according to images circulating on social media, which Reuters could not immediately verify.
There was no immediate comment by the Israeli military however a leading Israeli commander said on Sunday the military was stepping up its activities in the embattled Gaza Strip, as dozens of Palestinians were reportedly killed in fresh attacks.

Convince them they would be better off anywhere. Even Libya, Sudan or Somaliland. That any hellhole on earth is better than the worst hellhole on earth currently - Gaza.
Especially if they want to live.
In other words, the purpose is ethnic cleansing. And it - and the 19-month long slaughter - is the most evil, despicable thing I've ever seen.
Where the eff are the so-called "civilized" nations? Europe? Canada? Others? Too cowed and self-interested to stand up to the two bully nations committing and funding this horror!
