Hence the Harvard witch hunt we are now seeing.

Barron's grades must have been dismal.
And had a very bad attitude.

At the kind of school that Barron goes to, EVERYONE gets straight A.

No where is grade inflation more rampant than expensive private schools for rich kids.

Harvard is the tippy top of the tippy top, and hardly anyone gets in there (only about 3.5% of Harvard applicants are accepted). They turn down people with excellent academic records and test scores all the the time, because they have the luxury of picking and choosing from among the most outstanding students in the whole country and beyond. All a rejection from Harvard means is that you didn't make it into an extremely tiny and elite group,

NYU otoh isn't Ivy League, but it's a highly rated school with very selective admission requirements. Less than 10% of their applicants get in, which isn't a lot. Most parents would be proud to have their kid accepted there. Only the Orange Hellbeast would take having his kid turned down by Harvard as a personal insult and launch a vendetta against the place!

More info about comparative admission standards at Harvard and NYU can be found here:

Harvard is so picky hardly anybody gets in. You can have a 4.0 GPA and great test scores and not get into Harvard.

The school he did get into, NYU, has pretty high admission standards. He wouldnt have been admitted there without decent grades and test scores, imo.

There's no way they would have sent him to Mass alone and no way Melania would spend more than 48 hours straight in Boston.

This nis all speculation from some guy, essentially.

Barron Trump is attending NYU, but since his GPA and test scores haven't been publicly released, it's unclear whether he met the standard admission criteria. However, the average GPA for admitted students at NYU is 4.1, with average SAT scores around 1545 and ACT scores around 35 — which suggests Barron likely had strong academic credentials to gain acceptance..

He seems very uncomfortable anywhere but beside his mother.

Also, another pisser for Trump is that Malia Obama went to Harvard. Oh, and our dear Pete Buttigieg went to Harvard too, before he was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford.

This is all just BS click bait anyway. (Ya, I admit I clicked ....)
Hopefully, the kid will get out of his family bubble and start living in a somewhat real world, where his name doesn't mean as much as his actions do.
His mom isn't dumb; she's just a wannabe socialite who probably could have been more if she hadn't lazily followed the Party Honeypot path.

I doubt Barron even applied at Harvard. Melanie would never have approved since he wouldn’t be living with her

Knowing that, seems likely Stephen Miller, who does think strategically, would probably see getting Trump to target that university as the first phase to undermine higher education and especially foreign students in the US.
