It essentially said that the "speech" was "well received," but there was nothing approaching the rapturous ecstasy of Trump addressing his flock at a MAGAt rally.

I imagine that, since it is West Point, there is a certain pressure to applaud when the president speaks, even though he's up t here in a red hat, "riffing" like a perv madman.

After Trump left, I'm sure the cadets appropriately processed what he had to say.
