2. No he doesn't. He's an idiot. His tiny brain is focused not on tariffs and free trade, but on trade deficits.

We buy coffee from countries that don’t buy our yachts, planes, or tanks. So, we have a trade deficit with them. A tariff will raise its price, but those countries will still not buy tanks from us and we cannot grow coffee (except for Hawaii, which has really good coffee by the way ).

He’s an idiot who obsesses about some random fact he hears and it rolls around in his empty head causing him to make stupid policies.

...and maybe Wall Street is thinking so too because today's drop wasn't quite as large as previous ones on this kind of news. This is a fascist kleptocratic oligarchy. Who the hell ever had that on their Bingo card?

On camera, Trump pointed to a guy next to him the day after he reversed himself on some ridiculous pronouncement, and said, “i just made him $900,000,000 yesterday!” That was probably one of his more truthful moments, too.

10. Maybe the market is saying. "Fuck Trump" and we are still investing in markets that make sense.

Makes sense if you need sound financial advice. Who the fuck knows what Trump will wreck next? I guarantee it won't be a gold crypto passholder to the Inner Sanctum.

12. My folks would have been blown away with the current state of the Republican Party.

Remember, though, this Party - after IKE - has never had balls or vision. Just a mission to deliver more tax cuts to the very rich that don't need it.

You pay 50% tariffs on US imports of your product...and you are OK with that? EU should kill this clown with tariffs,
Make him look as stupid as he is. Why is Trump killing our EU relationship? Putin's orders?

11. Reciprocal tariffs are imposed

to level the playing field by encouraging countries, here the US, to reduce their own tariffs and improve access for other countries' exports. In some cases, such as here, the E.U.'s reciprocal tariffs are used as a form of retaliation against countries like the US here which are seen as imposing excessively high tariffs or other barriers on imports. The Turd has unilaterally started his "trade wars" -- this "trade war" will not end well for him nor for our country nor for the American people.
