When Trump bellows "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER" on Truth Social, who is he addressing?

It's become a common closing line in his "Truth Social" rants.

He just sent one, informing Tim Cook that Apple will "pay a tariff to the U.S. if iPhones aren't made in America."

Truth Social is a vanity echo chamber. Two kinds of people go there...MAGAts, and those who wish to troll MAGAts.

When he signs off with "Thank you for your attention to this matter," who the hell is he talking to? MAGAts? Jesus? The Tooth Fairy? His deceased father Fred? WHO?

Would be interesting if his memos from Trump Org surfaced. I'd bet many ended like that.

He's speaking to all while talking to one, public ridicule kind of thing. Everyone's going to pressure Apple to lose money, right?

"...thank you in advance." I really hated those. You don't send emails like that unless you're expecting to get it done, and also intend to crucify anyone who doesn't "get it done." It's called "firing a warning shot across the bow of the ship."

...the noncompliance of the height of their new fence or the color of their mailbox. It is probably how every notice from one of their properties to a tenant ends.

It is kind of fun to just throw it onto the end of historical speeches and feel their impact dwindle. Like if the Gettysburg Address ended like, "that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth. Thank you for your attention to this matter!"
