So many struggling with cancer right now. I know in part it’s age and just life but it’s truly painful.

Can’t remember the actual year but I think it was 2002 or 03. I was on a scuba diving trip in the Keys and I was channel surfing on the radio at night. I hear this voice coming over the air, with that distinctive Brooklyn accent passionately voicing descent and disdain of Bush and his bogus war on terror. Her’s was the first voice of resistance to that insanity that I’d heard since 9/11 and I’ve been a huge fan ever since. God bless Randi Rhodes. I pray she overcomes her present challenge.

Hope she regains full health and helps keep us informed politically for more years to come.

I hope against hope for her that she is able to benefit from some of those advances.
