About Jake Tapper's book and the so-called "cover-up" of Joe Biden's health.

Democrats may have been late finding a replacement for Joe to run in 2024, but they did decide on Kamala Harris. There was no "cover-up", although it was a late decision.

If there had been a "cover-up" they would never have permitted Biden to debate Trump in that disastrous debate, which was also hyped more than it probably should have been?

However, if Kamala had not run, and they had kept Joe on the ticket thru the 2024 election, it would have been a deception after the fact. It would then have been a "cover-up".

It is a mistake for Tapper and his co-author to call it a "cover-up". It is a hype job of sorts.

In my opinion, it is important for people to understand what is and what is not a "cover-up".

1. After the debate, I felt Biden had no choice but to show up. Commend him for doing so. But in

retrospect, he should have called in because it was clear he was in trouble the moment he walked out on the debate stage.

The damage was insurmountable. VP Harris courageously campaigned.

The people could see that there was a problem. And the Democrats tried to correct it, however late, with the nomination of Kamala Harris.

If there had been a "cover-up", Joe Biden would have been our candidate.
