(937 posts)1. The emergency declaration is the biggest load of BS and the sole justification for much of his "government by executive
order." It deserves to be attacked constantly and viciously. The only emergency here is one of his own design, and it's beyond absurd that he's getting away with this when the GOP hasn't even bothered (and won't bother) to define the "emergency" in question.
The Republicans are the party of poison pills, and this resolution should be rejected for that reason alone. Fuck this underhanded fascist bullshit. Unrelated riders and stipulations shouldn't even be fucking allowed to add to legislation, least of all "must-pass" legislation like budget resolutions. It's been long overdue to ban that shit.
