1. was clicking around for ideas and found this.

Fast and easy!

Go to a hardware store and get a "BEWARE OF DOG" sign and add a "E" on the end with black Sharpie or white Liquid Paper.

a few words only. You can carry an empty egg carton on a stick.

I would suggest mounting it on a pool noodle or making a hat out of it, though — the cops usually always take kindly to marchers carrying posters on sticks, since they could be used as a weapon. That’s what I’ve been told in the past, anyway — although holding a piece of poster board aloft gets pretty old pretty quick.
