I don't see how Trump will ever recover from the tariffs. They are his tariffs. He owns them. It is his economy.

It won't wash to blame Biden. It is Trump's disaster. The economy will crash and day after day, month after month, the number one story will be tariffs and the impact on the economy, on prices, on jobs, on businesses, on savings and investments. Almost everyone in America will be negatively affected by Trump's tariffs. His approval numbers will plummet, and Republicans will be at war with each other trying to remove the demented old man at the top. They gave the keys to a malignant narcissist with dementia and he crashed the car. He will never recover. I believe that this is the beginning of the end.

I also give those who voted for trump a big chunk of ownership. Ya know the ones. Members of the party of responsibility who never take responsibility for anything bad. This is their economy.

4. Saw someone on MSNBC saying that, effectively, Trump is now king of the world.

He is imposing the tariffs. He can lift them. No one else can do anything. Come to the Oval Office and kiss Trump's ass. He may reduce the tariffs on your country.

Something to think about anyway. It may well be how Trump sees it.

6. I don't buy into the "Trump is invulnerable" bullshit hype posted here and elsewhere.

Nobody is invulnerable. Not even Hitler who was a helluva lot more effective as an orator and dictator than Trump could ever dream of. I see this as the beginning of the maga sunset. Others can wallow in defeatism if they want but that’s where I’m at.

He will be a trillionaire. The richest man in the world.
He couldn't care less if people hate him.

Guess who was still in office on March, 2020. Of course, he had the Covid excuse to fall back on then. Now he's got nothing other than "I am king."

Independents and liberals are polling in awful numbers for him aleady. Only his base supports him. If this finally breaks them, and remember his base is high school educated white men, IE not a lot of stock traders, it is the end of him.
