Here's A Theory About Why Krasnov Imposed Tariffs

Krasnov only cares about Krasnov. This theory is so far out there, but it is believable for Krasnov.

So Krasnov imposes high tariffs on pretty much every country. The countries that send him a suitcase of money get their tariffs reduced or eliminated.

I didn't see, but did Krasnov impose tariffs on Russia?

Afghanistan was pegged at 49% which should have meant they got hit with 25% tariffs, but instead that got a soft 10 %. No other country got close to kid glove treatment like that. None.
